Since 2008, Pro-Stitch Midwest has been at the forefront of planter innovation. It all began when Kevin Glanz, a lifelong farmer with a passion for cost-saving and conservation agricultural practices, discovered the game-changing potential of Pro-Stitch Closing Wheels. After a season of remarkable results, Kevin became the Midwest dealer, sharing this revolutionary product with farmers across the region.

As farmers ourselves, after many years of No-Tilling and trying many different ideas while fighting sticky soils and high-residue conditions, we saw no choice but to come up with a better solution. We needed a closing wheel that would work in all crop rotations and soil conditions ranging from wet, low grounds to dry hilltops. We sought the right footprint that could do it all without causing sidewall compaction. Finally, after five years of trial and error, we developed a wheel that firmed the soil against the seed, reduced sidewall compaction, and provided an excellent seed bed.
